SWEEEEEEEET!!!! I'll be over in few minutes to look at it!!!! Dang, Jim Gainey out did hisself on that one. I know it is going to shoot as good as it looks too.

Awesome!
I'm a sucker for zebrawood limbs.
well colt i was going to get osage and bacote but he already had this one made and it looked to darn good to pass up the zebra wood is a dark rich color
John, that's a looker. Looks like you did good. Jim does some fine work.
yes he does and he hasnt been doing this long the mans got talent
what is the brace height on that?
probably huge for a longbow
i shot one at a shoot in ga and it was very smooth to draw and shoot and had good speed
he camo dips them as well!Ralph
Very nice looking bow ;) Craig
jim recomends between 8-9 inches mines a tad under 9 and yes they do camo dip contact john at sipsey he has one maybe he can post a pick
here is a pick from a little while ago my brother(bubba scott) came over and he brought his banshee and we shot a while i shot these from about 15Yards out and she is a flat shooting bow ,we were playing around and shooting 35 yards just to see if there was alot of arc in the arrow flight and there wasnt (http://i188.photobucket.com/albums/z281/jpg122471/100_0685.jpg)
John, thanks for the tip. I've been shooting mine braced at 7 1/2 and was worried about going much higher. Let you know in a while.
no problem bowferd once you get the brace height up you will tell a differance my was at about 8 and i bumped it up to around 9 and im real pleased!
John, that is one sweet shooting bow ya got there bro. Those are some good looking arrows, where did ya get 'em :bigsmyl:
 mmmmm i wonder
hey bowferd, i recommend 8-9 in brace height on the banshee. sorry about not informing you about it. i now supply a warranty sheet with all the info on it. if you need one let me know.
thanks,
jim

hey jim ! man this is one awsome bow you built i have never shot a bow as good as this one,my groups are great and im shooting vapors full length i can shoot 125 grains 8 grains per 145 grains and 175 grains im sticking with the 175 grains for 9.1grains per inch and its smoking . i notice you posted at 12:10 AM :scared:  you must be getting busy in the near future i want you to buld me one out of tulip wood :wavey:
I have to admit John has a great bow and his arrows are perfectly tuned and he is shooting better than he ever has. My Banshee is the sweetest shooting bow I have ever owned and after seeing John shoot his I think he might agree
