Title: Australian "Silverwood" Barreled Shafting
Post by: Stone Knife on March 26, 2008, 07:54:00 PM
Has anyone had any experience with these shafts?
I'm looking for something that will be good to mount some stone on.

I had a dozen and shot them from my Widow PL. Very sturdy and flew well. Not sure if the point end being tapered would bode well for a stone point. As far as the quality of the shafts, they are as good a wood shaft as I have shot. Nice weight too..........with a 125 gr. point, cut 29" to back of point, they weighed 645 gr. Good luck! Mike
