Are there any good archery shops to checkout in the Flint/Saginaw area?
-
Bay Archery is a good one.
-
Knoblocks Hardware in Flint sells traditional bows as well as wood arrows among other things.
-
Thanks for the info guys. Looks like I've got a few places to checkout next time.

Jays sporting goods in Clare has some traditional supplies, it is a little ways northwest on US 10 from Saginaw. They generally have a good selection of the High end Bear Bows and a few used bows in stock. Last time I was there they had 5 Bear takedowns in stock.

I was there a couple years ago and must have missed the trad stuff. It was summer time, so maybe that had something to do with it.

Jays has the best trad offerings I know of in Michigan. They have new bears, predator, striker, Hoyt and other bows that are used.

Good to hear Knoblock Hardware is still going strong. That was my go-to place for supplies when I was getting into traditional archery in the mid-90's. Their selection was impressive, especially for a hardware store.
I'll be driving through Flint this weekend and am going to try and stop by.

It was April this year when I was there.
-
I'll have to pay better attention next time.

Jay's has their trad stuff out year round.

Took a quick look at Knoblocks Hardware's website. I'm going to have to check them out next time on that side of the state.
