 Anybody going? 

If you are interested in making a selfbow, there is a wealth of knowledge right there for free.  The guys work on em for about 4 days, and help folks to make their own.

I'm a glass bow guy but I go every year to buy stuff from the vendors, watch them whittle, break rock, and usually go thru the 3D course.

Marshall MO -- July 19-22 (I think)

I’ll be down there Tuesday evening through Saturday night, I’ll be the guy in a kilt and sleeping in a hammock. I plan to tan a beaver pelt, make a new Osage backer bow for a Penobscot, and possibly start on a honey locust bow. No idea until I get there though. It’s aleays a fun time. And I always start on way too many projects that I end up bringing home with me. I plan to stock up on long narrow Osage staves and who knows what else. I still have a couple of those style Osage staves I picked up last year to turn into warbows.

I might make a run down there. It would be great to do some shooting with you Kenny if your schedule ain't booked up with all the ladies chasing you about.

It's the 20 anniversary this year. They have a selfbow and backed bow, broadhead flight shoot in the works. Should be interesting.
Going to be a good bunch of folks as always and lots of fun to be had. The auction on Saturday night is always a good time.  :thumbsup:

Oh, and I'll be the other "tall good lookin young guy" there...
