I finally got around to taking pictures of this one. Its black locust with ball python shed backing. 68” tip to tip. Limbs are 2” wide to midlimb then taper to 3/8” nocks with vinmaple overlays. 4” handle, 2.5” fades and 28” limbs from fade to nock. It ended up pulling ~53# at 27” with about 1/2-3/4” set with little vibration. It throws a 625 he arrow about 150-155fps with my 26”draw.
Thanks for looking,
Kyle

Thanks!
I’m just a deceptively strong little guy. I spend 3 days a week at the gym lifting and 2-3 days training Brazilian jiu-jitsu . A lot of my lifting is pull-ups an chin-ups of 5-6 varieties and sometimes weighted, rows, deadlift, and many varieties of pushups in addition to lots of core work. I’m 150# at 5’9” and will crank out 6-10 (depends on how I’m feeling that day) full movement pullups with 30# of chain. Croc row with 100# dumbbells, barbell row about 150-170#, 120# overhead barbel vinewalks, and deadlift about 325-350#. I’ve hit a plataue there and switched over to body control excercoses. I’ve been trying to suite my workouts to shooting heavy bows and grip and core work for the jiujitsu. That and my main shooting bow is a walnut elb pulling ~70# at 27”. Slowely trying to build up to being comfortable with 80#-+. Now I just need to start fixing my form a bit, I can tell I have some work to go there.

Make sure to bring that one to MoJam :jumper:

I keep telling myself I am going to make that daunting 1.5 hour drive to MOJAM again someday... I just never seem to make it.

Thanks guys. I’d love to bring this one to mojam, but it’s about to be shipped up to MN. I will be bringing a few I didn’t have last year and may get one bending while there. I’ll bring some sheds with my and see if anyone wants to learn how to put them in.
