Title: longbow toms, plane ticket is bought, lil fishing and lots of road miles
Post by: AkDan on February 09, 2007, 03:27:00 AM
Well if anyones interested in hooking up my plane ticket is bought.

it looks like NE is first, Ks an optional seconds hould things go well in NE, be in MO nlt 23 april(ne section), head back up to mn for a short steelie trip, head over to WI for 2-6 May turkeys barring I secure a surplus tag, and finish things out with steelies and walleyes again in MN.  Havent fished the cabin since gramps passed 17 years ago! (that'd be red lake for those who dont know me  :D ).

get back on a plane to Alaska may 15th.  Have a 3 hour layover in sanfran (be a first for me), and another 2 hour layover in seattle, then back to the last frontier and a summer of skippering a charter boat, that is till sept rolls around and it's hunting time again  ;)

Hoping for a couple first.

1 longbow tom
1 blackpowder shotgun tom
either way, 3 states, possibly 5 it's all gravy!

hoping to hook up with JLC and Key, do a cook out somewhere between MO and Iowa.  Going to be hunting with Noluck from MO.

Gonna bang Mr Chad Holm's door down on my way through to the cabin, better be ready for a late nite cap  ;) .   (and maybe a quick trip to home depot to fix the door haha).

Gotta say thanks to those who've helped, some stickbow folks, some not.  Just tons of good people!

Drop me a line, schedules pretty tight, always ways to work something in.

Larry Yien, you out there?  If you're close I'd like to hook up, wonder if you still have the gazette I sent ya  ;) .

Sounds like a fun trip. Give a yell if your in the Twin Cities and need to find something to do. Could hit a 3D shoot or somethign in May if there is nothing else in your plans? I'll be chasing Turkeys at the end of May also.
