use any online video archive service, like good ol'  www.youtube.com (http://www.youtube.com)  

after you upload yer video to youtube, you can just copy and paste the youtube video link url into your trad gang post, like this ...

  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAdradTtz6o  

or you can get fancy and post a linkable image to your youtube video that will look like this (click on the image) ...

   (https://i.ytimg.com/vi/JAdradTtz6o/mqdefault.jpg) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAdradTtz6o)
