Title: "SPF" in Classifieds

Still quite the newbie around here, but what does "SPF" mean in the Classifieds?  I tried doing a Search but maybe I'm not typing in the right words?

Sold Pending Funds

SPF = Sold Pending (receipt of) Funds.

In other words, the seller has one on the line, but it's not a done deal until the fish is in the boat.
