Title: Manlaw Whisper Stik Mojo
Post by: Gerry on March 09, 2008, 06:35:00 PM
"Photobucket"

Got my new Mojo from JD.  What a great bow and great bowyer.  JD made this on my suggestion; he made three this is the third.  The two others were shown on different threads, but this one deserved a new one.  She is 60" 50#28", smooth fast and very quiet.

JD made the grip exactly as I asked. The limbs on yew over osage, handle is Pau Ferro, Osage and Bloodwood accent done as an I-beam.  I have owned a number of custom bows from some great bowyers but JD stands out. He is a great guy to work with ann will build a bow the way you want.  Super guy, great bow.

She shoots great - very smooth at my 28" draw and seems very fast shooting 525 grain Stika Spruce.  As i stated very quiet with no hand shock.  She shoots every bit as good as my GN Super Ghost.

Nice!  I love the grip on mine.  Can't pick up my other bows right now.
