13" machined aluminum reiser. With a set of samick sage limbs it makes a 55" bow. I set the limb angle back about 2 degrees past what the samicks were. Because of the change in limb angle I lost a few pounds of draw weight. It pulls 52 pounds at 28".

Thanks guys. Kenny I am going to have to pick your brain some time. I think a 3 peice long bow will probably be in my next project. Not quite ready to start a build yet but some time in the future I will be.

Kenny have you built a 3 peice before? If so do you have any pics you can share?

16" riser. 12* pads,8" wedge, 64" bow , 47#@28" , .003 total taper per inch, power lam and tip wedge. I think .320 stack with .040 glass.

Kenny that's bow looks great. Would there be any problem coming up with a stack for a 60 pounder. The cat is awesome. A bobcat is on my bucket list.

It would be a guess, I've only done 3, but we could probably get close.

Mark, she was on a narrow road, a deer trail. And had high accelleration at the impact....  :D
