Title: Kennym 62"??
Post by: breazyears on August 15, 2016, 08:26:00 AM
I dont have a .001, or a .003 taper sled. I do have a .002. Would it be better to go with .002 or .004 taper rate with his 62" form?

I think it might be a good idea to just get a taper sled or purchase the lams.  The wrong taper could result in a wasted build.  OTOH, Kenny may have already been down that road and can tell you what to expect.

>004 with a tip wedge would work. Have to add a little bit to your stack.

I like .003 best, glad you got a .003!

Now you can make a .001 by stacking the .002 and .003 properly!  :D
