Title: Help me identify this bow
Post by: EwokArcher on January 28, 2016, 06:24:00 PM
I stumbled onto a forum here the other day doc some searches and the guy was experimenting with what looked like a very extreme r/d almost the form he was using had an m shape. It was a short bow. I have been going back through all my history and searches for 2 days and can't find it again and it's driving me crazy. Does anyone know what kind of bow im talking about they used a specific name for the style which I had not heard before. Thanks guys
Ty

Kenny that's what I was talking about, it was a old post of someone coming up with a new bow form for that sryle of bow.

No not Turkish bow sorry I should have specified that it was a fiberglass bow.

How is the performance on those little things?

Looking at that design. I would guess about 165fps @ 10gpp.
High brace height = shorter power stroke and the tips being behind the riser to start = lower energy storage.
