Title: Alignment cable

I've seen a couple guys using an alignment cable to find true centre of their limbs they are building. I haven't found anything online about where I can buy these. I'm looking into making a set but could really use some help as to the design. Can anyone post a pic of theirs to help me out? I'd appreciate it!
