Very nice job!  Congratulations.  Beautifully done.  You mention a PVC belly strip.  Was that a flat strip, or did you flatten a piece of pipe and then cut it in half to make two strips?  What glue did you use?

that's flat strip from the factory..
and it just common epoxy glue,,not smooth on, hard to find smooth on here..must buy online to get smooth on

nice bow. Did you make fiberglass strip or just buy it(bo tuff)?

To me it looks like layers of fiberglass cloth(maybe yarn cloth?) is it right?

compare to wood belly, pvc belly is better than wood? (arrow speed, efficiency etc)

have you ever used pvc for backing?

This is very interesting post because in my country there is no smooth on or bo-tuff. Online purchase is only way but shipping charge and tariff is problem..

how did you epoxy PVC to a wood. as far as i know epoxy can not be applied to pvc since it is not able to stick on plastic materials.

1, yeah it right seems someting like that..that's standard fiberglass in my country there's no Bo tuff here, i just buy it from local supplier

2. there is parallel lam on belly, after that i laminated with pvc strip ( the real function pvc strip here is for insulation stuff ), cause when i used fiberglass for my belly, the limbs almost cannot be draw..
