Hey there, fellows,
Im Ivan, "Tank", from Brazil. I have a background with woodcarving and woodworking and some time ago, the company where I work went to a stand for archery and I found that amazing, and could not stop.
I´m new here, and things are still "too cloudy" for me, about the process about how to make a bow for me. I´m planning to do a 70" recurve andI´m here for clues about how to do it.
Sorry for my english. I hope to be at USA soon for some hunting, maybe with some of you, guys.

Welcome to the forum, Ivan.
Not sure if you're talking about an all wood or a fiberglass recurve.
I've only made wood laminated recurves and they were 64" tip to tip. Maybe someone who has made a longer one will chime in.
Good bow making to you!
