Post by: Pat B. on March 05, 2008, 04:33:00 PM
Is there a vendor in the states that handles the Vario Clipper?

Not that I have heard of.  I believe Great Northern Bow Company in Michigan had tried to start selling these, but the last I heard they still do not have them.  This is not carved in stone, so maybe someone else can jump in with some newer info than I have.
Good luck.

I searched and couldn't find any in the states.  Dennis at Git-r-done and Herbs Archery are the two places north of the boarder that carry them.  dino

Much, much nicer to use.  No play in the chopper, you don't hold the feather with your hand, you don't bang it with a mallet, the quil cut on the leading edge is square, just a precision chopped feather.  Don't get me wrong, I still have and use little choppers, but Varios are much nicer.  dino

By the way, I got mine from Herb.  Good guy, and I would not hesitate to order from him again.

Got mine from Herb too. Bet I've hit it 1000 times and it still looks brand new.
