I've come up with an idea for a new bow to help me shoot again, but I'm unable to build anything after losing the motor controls of my left hand. I can hold a bow, and pull about 45 pounds a few times, but my equipment is all above that. I think I have a design that would work and let me work up, but I can't build it. Would anyone be interested in helping me build a riser for it?

What would be your ideal bow weight right now? I'm sure someone has something you could have or borrow to get you through.

As I shoot Asian, most people do not. I'm having issues with that as the arrow is placed on the opposite side of the bow. I lost my right eye and being right handed my arrow is completely obscured now.
The only way I could shoot like you guys is with a mechanical release, as my fingers were trashed in an accident in my early twenties. I'm working on a way to shift my arrow while keeping the release style I've used for about twenty years now.

What do you want

PM sent, I've done about ten pages of physics calculations to prove it works. Not to mention the PVC prototype.
