Does Linen Phenolic come in any colors other than red, white, black, and tan? I would like to find a source for blue linen phenolic.

Make your own its easy using epoxy. Take 2 pieces of wood whatever length and place plastic wrap on the surfaces to prevent epoxy from sticking. Use how ever many layers you want and glue them together and clamp.

Does anyone have a link to how to make your own linen phenolic?

Look on youtube. The theory is easy but it's all in the details.
Wood is ok to use but I prefer thick glass. I also have some marble offcuts from a friend of mine who makes kitchens that work well.
The problems you may run in are getting it thick enough before the glue starts to go off. If so then do thinner pieces and then glue them together.
It can be a wee bit messy....

Good thought on the working time Mike. I think as is often the case, smooth on might be the answer.
I believe I've heard of people using denim to make blue "phenolic" even though really it would be DRP ... Denim reinforced plastic

I used 2 ton epoxy or use G-2 lots of open time.

I've made it using fiberglass resin with good results- I haven't tried using it in a bow yet. The denim does come out nice and works well as knife scales and for pens...

Absolutely stunning work TT  .

Really like that pen.
I would use epoxy for a bow though because fiberglass resin (polyester) resin doesn't adhere well to wood, or really much of anything other than more polyester resin
