Yep, you read that right.
Just wanted to let everyone know I finally managed to find a little Yew wood for veneers.
Today I cut and ground 6 four piece sets and uploaded them to my site.
If you have been looking for Yew veneers these might fit you needs.
Drop by my site ad check them out.

Boards... yew boards. That's what I need.... for tri-lams and cores for backing with bamboo. 1 1/2w x (1/2 or greater in thickness) x 36"L. You have anything like that? Or know where I can find some?

Tri lam kits and backing strips would be great.

Finding good Yew around here is like trying to find hens teeth.
99.9% of the time the material I do find is so cracked and knotty I doubt it would make even one good set of veneers.
I feel pretty lucky finding the piece I have.
If I can ever find a good supply I will offer core material for tri-lams. For now it's veneers only.

Ok thanks, Troy.

I need tapered lams .001 .070 and .080. I had called OMC, but he died this past week :-(
