Well Guys after at least 5 years of threatening to make a bow I have made my first one, all the epoxy and glass lams were sourced in the U.K. Everything else I made and designed myself.
It's a 50lb 72"deflex recurve flat bow, loosely based on a black widow.
the woods used was ash and black walnut.
She shoots really well with no hand shock, I'm over the moon with it, now thinking of building another one in king wood and maple...
