Title: Temperature control
Post by: Cootling on November 15, 2014, 10:53:00 AM
There have been a number of queries about thermostatic control of bow ovens.  Can anyone comment based on personal experience with these plug-and-play controllers?  Seems like a mighty simple solution.

I have not used any of those, but I have used a Ranco ETC controller for a while and it works great.  Fairly cheap, but you will have to hard wire it in to your oven (it is an easy job).
