Hi everyone, I have another question, I ordered some double threaded inserts from binghams and am wondering what the dimensions are, they aren't indicated on the website. I have the holes drilled and am ready to tap but I need to know what tap to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
Thanks,
Mark

1/2 NC 13 threads per inch if my memory serves me correctly

Yep, just installed some, 1/2 13, drill 27/64

sweet, thanks :) I'll get them tapped ahead of time

FYI, I've had some issues with some of the Bingham's inserts. Check them with a limb bolt before installing. I've had some of them bind up and had to cut the limb bolt off with a hacksaw to free it from the insert, after I'd glued it into the riser. I haven't had any issues with the the inserts I bought from Dale Stahl (better price too).

Thanks for the info!!! I should have everything when I go home this weekend and will check that out :)

Does Dale Stahl have a webpage. I searched but couldn't come up with anything.

Dale really doesnt have a website to go and click and fill your shopping cart. Youll have to email him and get his current price sheet. I would copy and paste mine but his new one might be different. hope this helps.

I ALWAYS run a tap thru the insert BEFORE I glue it into the riser. Then thread a limb bolt into it to make sure
