Made a small boo boo with the limb pad on one limb reversing the overlay so the mosaic was on wrong end.

Gorgeous! By the way that wasn't a boo boo, that's how you tell the limbs apart?
-
Beautiful bows. Love those curves.

"By the way that wasn't a boo boo ,that's how you tell the limbs apart?" Ha ha that's what I've been telling people.Brace height was about a 1/2''low too when I took these shots.
-
Outstanding work Bob, and a nice colour combo. Bue--. :)
-
I like them both, but would love to see pics of the one piece unstrung and drawn.
-
Great looking bow! Those spliced lams are cool.
-
Very Cool. Spliced lams add a nice touch. Great looking bow
-
Wow. That is one heck of a first TD!!
-
Your workmanship is superb. Nice bows.
-
And my inferiority complex just keeps on growing...
Some fine bows there Good Sir! Well done.
-
Those are good looking recurves bigbob!
-
Thank you so much guys, means a lot coming from one's peers.Going away now for few days to a big comp.
-
Very nice Bob! Much better than the one and only takedown recurve I built. That thing tried my patience getting the limbs aligned and un-twisted.
-
Great looking bows bob!
-
Holy Cow Bob that looks great. I like the riser design a lot. Really great job my friend.

-
Just got back from a weekend away.Yes Mark the one piece is a Derivative of a Bingham plan.
-
thanks fellas for the kind words too.

Nice work. My compliments.

Very nice bows, love that 1 piece.
Going to be working on a re-curve soon having built a couple rough looking 3 piece bows I have found that they do indeed shoot very smoothly. Anyone with shoulder problems should consider using a recurve if they dont already do so. :p
-
I guess it's ok.. :)
-
thanks fellas, you too I guess Roy! :bigsmyl: Yeah wolftrail i find the recurves treat me a lot kinder on the target range , meaning I actually hit some things I aim at! :biglaugh: :archer2:

Lesken2012 couldn't find an unstrung shot of the one piece but here's one of it at full draw.
