Just curious how many hunt out of their home state and where. With a lease, guide etc...?

Thanks,

Never guided.  This year, MT, MN, SD and possibly WY.  NM if I get drawn.  Ain't retirement great.  I hunt areas that don't necessarily have the biggest, but who cares.

I have hunted public land DIY in Missouri for the last few years for whitetails and public land with a friend in Idaho for the last few years for whitetails. I also usually make a few turkey hunts with friends in the spring. Have only been on one guided hunt and was very disapointed it seems that with these folks, regular every year customers got preferential treatment which I understand up to a point but if I were treated better I may have become a regular customer.

Kansas, Arkansas most years (guided). British Columbia, Alberta.
This year back to Canada and then to South Dakota/Montana after Antelope.
Most all of my "out of states" are guided.

Besides my home state of Washington, I've hunted Montana, Wyoming, and Oregon. These days my out-of-state hunts are primarily in Oregon. All of my my hunting has been DIY, no guides.
