I think most collectors would value original good condition over refinished. Those are nice bows, I have one. I think they made mens and womens versions of the polar. What are the specs on yours?

Mine has crackles in the finish as well. It has been hunted hard and partially painted army green long before I picked it up.

show some pictures   :jumper:

If you watch PAWN STARS they say to not restore some things
original condition may be the best way

don't really know

Some collectors might like to have the original finish, but if I was planning to keep the bow and shoot it and the finish was degraded to the point that the wood could absorb moisture, I'd refinish it in a "heartbeat".......no hesitation.

I think I will leave it alone ,mine is 66'' 40# left handed, they made a 56'' women's model same zebra wood and glass. It is a looker and people eye it all the time and I have been asked to sell it more than once.
