How do you guys saw your actionwood to get the camo effect under clear glass. I guess grinding an .002 would get some effect. Any other tricks?
Don't quote me here, but I think they cut it diagonally.
To get tha angled lines I built a jig to set the back end over 3/8 and set saw at 2 degrees. After you've got the look you want, put that side down and square sides up to proper width. I start1/4 " big.
What Kenny said 'cause I get mine from him
Kenny I was thinking along those lines. I got a left over piece that I will try it on. THX
Your idea worked well Kenny Thx again.

Those are cool!!
They are cool lookin'. Never seen just green and gray In a lam like that!
Hah those are going to be nice with just the green and gray
Awesome, they`ll be too cool on a bow- plz show then!
I got it glued up yesterday and will try to get it out of the form after the morning hunt. I don't usaly pull the tape real early but I may on this one just to see how it looks.
Ok I got this one out of the form. The limb profile tapered and some overlays curing right now. I would say a person would have to really like camo to warm up to these lams. One thing for sure you might not want to leave it in the bushes and walk off cause you may have a hard time finding it later. Anyhow here a few pics. This is the Spectraply stuff in oliveshade. It is quite a bit darker under glass.

A new tool added works geat for cutting excess off after the bow is out of the form. Hoping also to use it cutting shelf.
