Brian,
I've cleaned them up with acetone and a razor blade, but using teflon tape on the jigs keeps glue residue from building up. dino

Just take a piece of  steel  with a square  edge (back of a knife  blade, back of scissor  blade)  and scrape it  off.  Comes of  quickly with no  fumes or  mess.

I second jig release tape, Three Rivers has it. I have it on all my Bitz clamps.

I put a thin coat of string wax on mine, keeps the glue from sticking to them.

put em in the freezer for an overnighter, glue pops off at the threat of a razor blade when the differential coefficient of freezing takes hold

Tape is good (as a preventative), but you might need to wax the tape.  My feathers slide too much in the clamp with the tape.  Still great stuff though.

Scraping works, and try "goof off" or "goo gone".  There are also "release" products that might work.  I don't use FT though.
