They appear as white looking lines. I used a good bit of CA glue to fill the grain in this black palm riser so could it just be in the finish? The cracks are showing up in both the upper and lower fades. What do yall think?? Makes you want to wear a crash helment to shoot it.

Looks like finish.Try sanding it off than put it on the tiller tree and see if it bends in that area.
Black palm can be a little spungy between the black fiberus material, that could cause the cracks in the finish
The fades are the highest stressed area in a bow. The leverage of the limbs concentrate in that transition area so any wood used there should be able to take that stress. A bow is a working tool and not just a thing of beauty. That fact that a bow works well is its true beauty and not just what it is made of.
