Title: Rattan Legolas and Brave
Post by: Shaun on December 01, 2012, 08:00:00 PM
I have been making a bunch of "standard" rattan kid bows for Chirstmas (check em out in the sponsors classifieds) but had a couple fancier special orders. The Legolas bow is 30 @ 28" with painted leaf work and the Brave is 11 @ 24" with velvet ribbon handle and stencil work.

This rattan takes heat bending well but the gull wing Brave was tricky. I'm having a ball making little bows but took some time out today to start a snaky piece of osage for big boys.
