Bill Matlock used to sell arrows with a hollowed out tail and they had some awsome looking fletching of his own design. He did extensive testing with them and was confident they would could improve your accuracy.
Does anyone still have any of these or know of anyone who makes something similar. Do they work?

Burnsie:
Hollow tail shafts accomplish the same thing a tapered shaft does, it removes weight from the shaft, so it will overcome paradox quicker. I think hollow tailing is more difficult to do than tapering as you really need jiging of some kind. Do they work, sure they do but no better than a tapered shaft.

I built a jig to hollow out the front of hte sahft, where in I put bamboo. It helps prevetn boottop breaks. Never thought of the back end thing.
How large was the hole Bill bored? Mine does 1/8 inch now, but I could mod it.
