I realize there is a lot of variants that come into play here, but what is your thoughts on this subject, roughly speaking.
When designing a Hybrid bow with a pronounced deflex-reflex design, say 66" NTN, what would be best: Letting the fadeouts end within the deflexed portion or letting them extend slightly into the portion where the bowshape starts to reflex? Thank you. Bue--.
The 21st Century gets closest to the latter design. Depends on what you're looking for. The more the riser fadeout is extended into the limb, the more the limb is forced to flex more toward the outer end/tip. Some say that increases performance at the cost of stability. Don't know. Don't shoot that style bow.
