Looking for ideas on how much overseas shipping costs would be to France for a bow. He is requesting USPS. I am selling a Pronghorn and have an offer from a fellow in France. Thanks.

Terry, Its a 3pc so I estimate weight packed about 5# in a short box, Only address I have so far is France zip 06330, tried to look it up on USPS but only gave US rate with that zip code. Thanks.

On average(so long as you keep the box 60" or less), you can figure on around $40.

I had an 60" Arroyo sent to Denmark from RER, via USPS. That was 47 USD, so it cant get higher than that.

A 3 pc is easy. Send it USPS international Priority and use one of the triangle boxes the USPS provides. It will run about $40.
Now try sending a one pc. over 60". That really sucks. With the difference in shipping they can order a bow with a bow bolt takedown for under $100 net.

Depending on how much you insure it for, $40-$45 via USPS. UPS will hurt your feelings, plus get another bite out of the person recieving it.

You can find the shipping costs to France on the USPS.gov website if you dig a bit. Start with the shipping rates title from the first page. It takes a bit of digging but there are listings for every country on the planet to which they ship.
I just looked up a 7 pund standard size packege to France last night and it is $42USD for priority 6-10 days. Insurance is a few dollars more but do get it. I recently had a bad experience with a seller who promised insurance, the goods were damaged and there was no insurance.
