It shouldn't take a year. I just talked to Kevin today and a new order is around august/september. My rer t/d isn't that fancy, but I'll try to get some pics up. String Cutter had a beautiful lefty up for sale a couple of weeks ago.
And here's some of the recurve I sold today :)

I have owned one and love their one-piece. The one I had was way heavy and short. I wanted to see the risers and such. I just ordered one last night. It is 60"s and will have Purpleheart and Leopardwood veneers, with action boo core limbs and curly bubinga veneers. More pics? Shawn

Beautiful bows!!! What does one of those takedowns with some nice wood run in real general terms? I understand there are alot of variables but just looking for at least a reasonable range of prices.
Not a very good pic, but here's my RER..Cocobola and quilted maple.

You can get a pretty nice T/D in the $550-$700 range.
I bought one with bocote limbs, bocote riser, boo cores, and quiver inserts for just over $700 including shipping. Nice shooter, I just didn't really like the overall looks of the bow so I sold it. It is very fast.
I know these bows smoke, I really wanted another Arroyo but their T/Ds are so nice and I needed one to travel with, so this is it. I won a gift Certificate that Kevin and sue donated to my bunny hunt and I happened to win it. Of course when my name was drawn everyone yelled fix, fix!! I could not be happier. Shawn
that gift certificate could not have gone to a more deserving man!!! can't wait to see pic;s of it when ya get it. but are ya really going to carry something so nice through that battlefield of brush???? :scared:
Yup, they are to hunt with. I have carried Robertsons, Widows, Jack Kempfs bows and others thru that nasty stuff. Shawn
What does RER stand for.
Shawn,
If anyone deserved to win that certificate it was certainly you!!!
River's Edge Recurves

Thats right Larry
up for Shawn-----love my vortex
Up again, I ordered mine and it will be done by sept. Shawn
Shawn
I have a combo being made. A matching Vortex and 3 pc take down made from Bloodwood and the flare will be the blackest Gaboon Ebony Kevin can find, with bamboo limbs. They oughta be done in April. I'll send you pics when I get them.
........TTT for SL
Those are purty. Anyone shot the new LX? Comments please if you have.
TTT! One more time! Shawn
Beautiful bows! I'm not familar with RER bows, thanks for asking the question 'sidebuster'. Think that I'll Google their website and check them out.
