Hey boys and girls...here's a few pics of a pyramid bow i just finished tillering. Its great shooter and was fairly easy to build comparing other builds I've tried. Specs are: 68 NTN 3inches wide at the fades and pulling 60@28
I'll get some more pics of when she's totally finished.
All in all I am very happy with it. I was able to fix what I thought was a disaster when one of the tip over lays cracked. I was a bit worried, but I reshaped the tip and shot it a few dozen time and all seems well.

Full draw...I know it looks like the tillers is off, but its the camera angle

HAHA ...Thanks fellas much appreciated I should have her done by the weeks end. Wait till you hear the name...you can thanks my friend for that one. He won the bet....lol

I just noticed that you have one end of the handle propped up. Just wondering why. Jawge

George I wanted the bow level when I tillered it, so I put a small peace of leather under it as a shim.
Was that the wrong thing to do?

Dave, you mean the handle is shaped so that it wouldn't sit properly on the tree. I usually get that handle even so she sits well on the tree but it took me awhile to figure that out. LOL. Like 18 years. I think that in the  final analysis  the importance of how it shoots is paramount. Groups are not important for me initially. If it is balanced in the handle as I draw or whether it is tipping on me is. Also, having a digi pic while you draw is sure nice. I like to also draw in front of a window at night or a full length mirror. I've had to shim up some sides too but I don't generally like doing that anymore. That way I an see if she's tipping on me in the tree. I like that you are using a rope and pulley. The bow is nice. Use your judgement as to my remarks as I can't watch your draw it from here. Nice job. Jawge

Hey thanks for the kind words fellas[up]
Here's a few pic of the finished bow. I still may add some artwork to the limbs, but i haven't decided on what sort of design.
