Title: Riser in rare sunlight!
Post by: Leon.R on February 09, 2008, 04:19:00 AM
I was at home yesterday and had some nice sunshine, seems in UK when the sun shines I work!!!
Playing with my bows and thought the sunlight really change the colours in the wood.

WOW!!!!

I really like that riser.  Are those GLX limbs with Indo Rosewood??  Sid sure uses some Pretty Indo veneers.  Man, I just reread your post and saw how heavy those limbs were.  GEEEEEE!!!!  Do you need to contact air control to fire it off.  LOL!!!!

Thanks for pics.  I am thinking about ordering a
Black Douglas and am glad to have another pic to look at while I dream.

Those are the new Hex 5 limbs, I think they stopped making them with the wood veneers, smooth and quick.
