Title: tillering scale ? which is best for buck?

I need to get one pelouze 110 doesnt impress me much,the7710 looked interesting.I think they just had this discussion awhile back.curious who has the cats meow of scales.  :help:

I bought my at Three Rivers and it works OK.

I can't remember where they came from but I've got a set of 100 pound deer scales abot 15 years ago.And after 15 years I checked them each year and

 there always been dead on.Now that I think about it they came from 3 rivers.

Iam guessing you mean a scale to register the poundage of the bow as you are tillering it.  I use a $5 Spring Scale w/ a easy to read dial face and pointer.  Wally world has got em-- fishing gear dept.  Cannot imagine why anyone would need anything more elaborate than this.

I have the pelouze/viking.  I like it.  Only think I don't like is it will not register max poundage.  A digital would be nice that would record max poundage.  That way I can concentrate on how far I am drawing.

I dont think the 110 has a zero screw,I had seen  one almost wore out I guess,scale was off.Yea it would be nice to be able to read it,depending on how you make your tillering jig.Or have a max point memory  :campfire:
