Part 1:
Here is a Dale Dye T/D a customer wanted to convert to accomodate Fast Flight. I taped off the areas around tip overlays to protect from any errant debris and damage. With a Dremel, I carefully (on low speed), ground off the 3 layers of wood overlay meterial (Coco Bolo and Osage), down to the clear glass, wet sanded the area that will receive the new phenolic overlay material and cleaned it up with Acetone. Now the limbs are ready for their new "shoes"

Finished and ready for action. Shoots nice too. Original owners name removed.. also shaved off 5 lbs. and remarked the limb weight on the limb
