Title: Slippery Elm

Can anyone help me id an elm tree.  Especially slippery elm?  

Only thing I can do right now is wait until spring, and see the foilage.

Treat it has if it were hickory.Elm makes a fine selfbow.I've got one ruffed out right now.

Roy, I am fairly good at id'ing differen oaks, and hickory, but I honestly don't know what a elm is.  I think I got one near my house.  I was going to wait until spring to see what kinda leaves it puts out.  I think once some one shows me a red elm i will be able to id them better.
