well here is another bow on the go it is the same wood as the last one as that is all i can get LOL!!! it is 62" long 41# @26 i was going for #45 but took to much off oh well never mind anyhow here are the pics.  (http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh305/jeffburg/runforhills.gif)the wolfmans made another bow

The right limb is pretty hingy about 8" from your handle. The left limb needs to bend a little more in the fades.

what eric said, the left limb needs a bit more bend in the fade area, but your almost there!!

thanks guys now i see it. i thought there was something not quite right about it. i will fix that tomorrow after shooting at the club.

Too bad it broke Jeff. For years I never broke a wood bow...however some were badly bent! A few months ago I broke 3 in a row. Seems like every time I touched a bow it broke. That is part of the fun of wood bow making. Study the break and it can teach you a lot about wood, tillering and what not to do.    Now its time to start your next one.     Pat
