Does anyone have pics of bows(recurves) made from Bingham plans ??  Id like to see both T/D and one piece...
I am considering making one ... I have a R/D long bow but really want to make a recurve...

I am in the process of making a take down recurve from a Bingham design. It's my 1st bow using their system. I have been a bad boy and have not taken pictures along the way.
I think I'm about half way done. I have the limbs made but still need to finish shape them and cut out my riser. When I finish it, I will post a picture, so stay tuned!

Heres a little buildalong I did.  Haven't shot the finish yet, but hopefully this weekend.  I've been a bit busy.  This is a 48" Youth takedwon.

				Tim,
I am planning to do a Bingham Bow Project.  What power tools were needed?\\
Table Saw?
Band Saw?
Drill Press?
Belt / Disc Sander?
Thanks for your input.  Your bow is looking greats.  :)

I can tell you what I used:  A good bandsaw, a drill press, a compound miter saw, and my oscillating spindle sander/belt sander combo.
That being said, you can replace the drill press with a hand drill, the compound mitre saw with a table saw or use the bandsaw to cut the limb pads and replace the spindle sander all together and use rasps and sandpaper.
I used assorted files, rasps and hand sanding to form the riser and tips.
If you do a search on here for any buildalongs by a HERA, you'll see that you can build a bow using only hand tools.  His posts are very informative, and exceptionally well done.
