I was looking for some feed back, how they shoot, speed, quietness, the bowyer, pictures if you have them. You never see these bows for sale in the classifieds (Dont know if that means anything). I shot one over the weekend at a tournament. It was a little light on the pounds, but it was quiet and had zero hand shock. Thanks in advance for the feedback!
I owned one several years ago, back when Roy only offered the Navajo td longbow. Very nice bow, and Roy is great to deal with (I usually see him at different shoots). It was a great bow, just not the bow for me--more like a recurve than a longbow. If I liked 3-piece hybrids, another Navajo would be on my short list.

Yea, The one I shot was the take down long bow. It seemed pretty fast, and it was dead quiet.
A navajo Apache is on my most wanted list..Roy was great to talk with at the Kzoo show.
The one I shot did not need silencers and seemed just as quick as all the other bows.
Check his website out, and give him a call.
I have a one piece apache that I like just fine. If your close to greenville, give John Dill a call and go shoot the takedown that he picked up at kzoo. very nice bow. Roy is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Don
I have an Apache TD, 55#@28", Bamboo limbs. My go to, all time favorite! I've yet to shoot another R/D longbow that is better! Close, but not better! Smooth and sweet shooting. I have two other 1 piece Navajo's, so I may be a little biased!

Don could you send me a pic of your apache or post one? I don't think Slayer will mind..
