I went up into the foothills this morning. Took the camera along, and am glad I did. First saw these few across the canyon.

Then this littler ram acroos on the same side as the ewes.

I happened to turn around and this guy fed out in front of me. This was incredible. He turned out to be a great model as I got a lot of pics of him. Here's a few.

awesome! nice pics thanks for sharing.
why do they have tags?
I like the 5th one. It looks like he is stalking you.
Beautiful pictures and my hat's off to ya for making a life in such a beautiful part of the country.
Sign of the times I guess, but it sorta bums me out that such a magnificent wild animal is walking around with a tag attached to its ear much the same as the meat cows down the road when they're ready for market.
very beautiful pics....i agree with labs4me.....why the earring?..nice job on catching these beautiful animals in their habitat.....
These sheep were transplanted, hence the tag. I also have pics of two ewes with radio collars.
great pics,thanks.
Great pics! I love the scenery, wish it was like that here. All we have is more mud than you could shake a stick at!
Beautiful, they look like a group that was in Battle Canyon a couple weeks ago.

Awesome pics buddy. I see lots of knife handles.<><
Great photos of some beautiful country & animals. Thanks.
Frank, if I'm lucky enough to draw then fill my tag. It won't be used for knives ;) But if I ever find some horn, you'll be the first to know!!
Nice pics Ryan!! Beautiful country!
Here's the pic of the two ewes with radio collars.Kind of defeats the purpose if these two summer together.
