Title: Sipsey River & Black Creek Bows
Post by: Rod Jenkins on January 31, 2008, 07:54:00 PM
I drove down to Johns at SRTA a couple nights ago, to pickup some Carbon Express shafts John kindly ordered for me and got my first look at their new Black Creek bows.,gotta say first rate fit and finish and excellant lines..even for a guy who likes longer bows(my short bows are 64'') But in the couple days since I've seen these bows, I have just about convinced myself that I really do need a short bow! You know for all the places, a longer bow, wont go  :)

Next time, I'm gonna have John MAIL my shafts here..lol

Rod, I just purchased one of the Banshee's John had listed and am very impressed with the quality workmanship. The bow is light in the hand and as accurate as any bow I shoot.

Not only are these bows nice they are very inexpensive and shoot as well as any bow I've shot. Right now you could get one made in just a few weeks.

Thanks for the great comments. These are really nice bows at a great price. We are keeping the prices low, as introductory pricing, for the next few months. They are listed on the Sponsor's Classifieds by SRTA

I had the 'Sipsey Stick' for a while. MAN' was it a SWEEET little bow. When the time came to send it back to John us guys around here were coming up with every excuse possible to keep it BUT, I think John has some personal attachment to it.  LOL
jus'kiddin' John!   thank you VERY much for letting us try the bow. it was GREAT! really looking forward to seeing a rack full of them at ATAR 2008.

It looks like it is going to be hard to keep up with the requests. We start our vendor tour next week in Texas then onto Florida end of Feb. As more people see and shoot these bows, I expect we have a little trouble keeping enough bows in stock.
