I have a regular leather back quiver and what I did was stick foam in the bottom to keep heads from bouncing around, and I screwed in a snap-in "bar" that I took off an old hip quiver.  The tip sticks in the foam, the top snaps into the bar and nothing goes anywhere.  I can reach back, snap the arrow out of the holder, and pull it from the quiver just about as quietly as a regular back quiver.  I can keep hunting arrows perfectly in place while I hunt, but still have room later to jam it full of arrows and go squirreling.  If I get a chance later I'll try to post pics.

I use a cat quiver. Never have problems with arrows moving.

I think these pictures will work.
Regardless of how I lean, fall, or hang upside down, my hunting arrows stay where they're supposed to be.

Hopefully those give a good representation of what I was talking about earlier.
