They are made of 440c Steel which keeps an edge and stainless. RC57-58.   9" over all length.  Blade 4".  High polished and sharpened. 3/16" Thick,  Elegant and simple design very popular   USA

I'm now the proud owner of this one....

Unique Blade Shape as well as handle shape.  Fits the hand well, and got some beef up front...but not too top heavy.
