Radial Random 324 layer Damascus with stainless guard and an utterly flawless piece of Ironwood.
Usually I find some small voids or pinholes or something in Ironwood, but this piece was just absolutely pristine! I loved it.
Sheath by Scott Teaschner.

I never tire from looking at such fine work.

Man, that just has all kind of flow and balance from the overall shape to the way the lines of the handle work with the guard and blade, before you even get into how the pattern of the wood works with the steel pattern. Everything just draws the eyes in and keeps them moving all over. Bet that one doesn't last long on the table.

I like it!
