Just finished this knife, mortised canvas Micarta handle, 5160, 416 ss guard 4 3/4" blade 9 3/4" OAL. Vine file work on the spine and satin finished.
Wood lined plain leather sheath.
This one feels very good in the hand. The neat thing about the canvas Micarta is even when finished smooth when it gets wet it gets sort of tacky and provides a good grip.

Steve, I like it. Very clean design. I also like the way you excecuted the sheath pouch. The whole package says "Use me on your next hunt!".

Great lines. The finger guard is a great shape. Can you explain how the sheath is wood lined?

Steve....
That's the best of yours that I've seen. Great work. I love it!

Gabriel, I made a inner sheath of Basswood, then glued it inside the leather. In place of welts and keeps moisture to a minimum.
