Title: Yellow Slicer for Green Tomatoes
Post by: tippit on April 21, 2011, 08:04:00 PM
It's always nice to mix a little color in your salsa.  A few green tomatoes, onion, and some peppers plus a dash of Yellow never hurts.  Thirteen inch yellow tomato slicer...Doc

JohnHV,
This is a little different knife for me.  After spending some time with Jason Knight & Burt Foster, I gotten to really like that recurve blade style.  She is a wicked slicer   :)

Here's a better view of the downward sweep of the back & recurve of the edge...Doc

Steve,
I haven't used Corby screws yet so these are 1/4" round steel rod pins.

Great job as always! I like the pin knot in the handle. Osage is always good for some character.
