Title: stamp for marking blades
Post by: mulie on April 15, 2011, 09:19:00 PM
Where can I get a stamp made so that I can put my initials on blades?  I tried etching, but didn't like it as much as I thought I would.
Thanks for your input.

If you go with a stamp you may want to consider bulding a press.  Pretty simple machine with a 2 ton hydro jack.  If you do not get your 1st hammer strike perfect the stamp is tough to get right.  Do a little Bing or Google search.  There are a few out there making them.

I 2nd OldPaths recommendation of Buckeye Engraving.  My stamp is several yrs old, not showing signs of wear, and their prices are very good.  Dan
