This is another camp chopper I just finished for the OKCA show in a week.
I used copper pins and tubing, I think it compliments the color of the wood nicely. :)
Handle is toasted Osage
OAL is 11.5"
Blade is 6.5"

Ha ha, Ive been switching back and forth between here and Dons all night and just commented about how much I like this blade over there minutes ago.

Thanks, It is 15n20 steel with a mustard patina.

I like that chopper a lot, how do you do the mustard patina? Just spread it on or is there something special to it.

Just make sure the blade is very clean, then apply it in a pattern you like. I usually let it sit for at least 4hrs, then wash it off with warm water and soap.
